MSCA Board Meeting Minutes
The Meeting of the Board of Directors for Regular Board meetings are held at least once each quarter of the calendar year, as close to the beginning of each quarter as possible. Additional meetings may be scheduled by a vote of the Board.
With a geographically dispersed board, these meeting are conducted by video conference or teleconference. A brief summary of the meeting minutes are included in the MSCA newsletter sent to all current members.
*Please note: Older MSCA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes have been removed due to errors and omissions. An MSCA Meeting Minutes Review and Revision Committee will review the minutes and amend them accordingly. One example of the information in the incorrect minutes is the 1/24/22 minutes in which Becky Spencer is not present, nor is she recorded in the roll call. Yet, she is recorded as participating in the meeting.
