Foremost, the MSCA provides a network to connect Maremma enthusiasts together to form a chain of support and common interest dedicated to the preservation of the breed through friendship and mentoring - helping each other, and guiding newcomers, by sharing knowledge and love for the breed.

When thinking about the benefits you receive by becoming a Member of the MSCA, please also consider why your membership is important to the club.
When you becomes a Member of the MSCA, you agree to uphold the guidelines that are set forth in the Club's Constitution and Bylaws.
Membership in the club supports, and promotes, the goals of the MSCA to encourage, promote and improve the breeding of quality purebred Maremma Sheepdogs, both now and into the future. b
By accepting the Standard of the Breed as approved by the Maremma Sheepdog Club of America; and to do all possible to protect and advance the interests of the breed as a working livestock guardian dog.
The club depends on its Members to become active in the MSCA through volunteering for club committees, voting on important matters put before the club, breed stewardship, mentoring, and sharing knowledge and experience.
Membership actively supports the national registry organization of the purebred Maremma Sheepdog - the MSCA.
An Individual Full or Joint Membership is available to any MSCA-registered Maremma Sheepdog owner, aged 18 years of age or older.
Individual Full and Joint Full Members are eligible to be nominated for the Board of Directors, volunteer for club committees, and vote in elections and matters put before the club.
Breeder Listing in the Online Breeder Directory for $10.00/year, which includes courtesy litter advertisements on the MSCA website.
